Radon detection and treatment

Understanding the radon problem and the methods to be employed in its detection and treatment
This course is aimed at producing a greater understanding of the radon problem and the methods to be employed in its detection and treatment. Only by testing and remediation will a start be made to reduce the approximate 1000 + avoidable annual deaths from radon in the UK.

A copy of The Radon Manual is included in the cost of this course. The manual and associated documents will be made available to applicants on the training day.

There will be short (optional) tests at the end of each session and a certificate will be awarded to all successful candidates, who can then apply for inclusion in the Radon Council’s list of approved contractors. This list is published on the Radon Council website.
