Our organisation is a truly independent consultancy which offers turnkey radon project management, site surveying and monitoring services.

To demonstrate transparency of service, we do not undertake radon mitigation ourselves and use third party, supply chain approved mitigators to conduct all remedial works.

This process ensures that our clients receive an impartial and independent advice which is not cost driven.

Our primary aim is to guide our clients to make sure that they meet their legal requirements in compliance with the The Ionising Radiations Regulations (IRR) 2017 as an absolute minimum and otherwise in accordance with all current and relevant legislation and guidance, such as Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974 and Workplace (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulations 1992 etc.

We aim to form long term partnerships with client and their stakeholders to improve their radon risk management, and we proactively seek to promote Radon awareness to their employees and contractors over the lifetime of our projects to leave a lasting legacy of knowledge.

We possess the inhouse skills, qualifications, and experience to give the client a project outcome which provides the optimum asset and liability protection and keep their building occupiers and residents safe.

Forza FM has extensive compliance and building surveying skill sets and we have worked across all major domestic, commercial and industrial sectors delivering Radon solutions including Government Agencies, MoJ, commercial, social and private housing and Highway Infrastructure since 2011 providing bespoke radon consultancy, monitoring, full project management of the mitigation service solutions.

Course booking Terms and Conditions

  1. All course fees are payable in full at time of reservation unless agreed otherwise.
  2. A refund of 60% of the amount paid will be made in the event of receipt of written cancellation at least FOUR weeks prior to the date of the course. No refund can be made on cancellation thereafter.
  3. If a candidate cannot attend the course on the agreed date, the candidate may be able to attend the next identical course. If they miss this next identical course, they cannot attend another without the payment of course fees. 
  4. Substitution of delegates (from the same company/firm) can be made at any time prior to the start of the course.
  5. In the event that a course is oversubscribed, The Radon Council reserves the right to place candidates on the course as the course fee is paid. When the course is full, the remaining candidates will be moved to the next suitable course. 
  6. All course documentation is provided solely for the private training and study purposes of individual delegates. Copyright is reserved on all material prepared and provided by The Radon Council.
  7. The Radon Council reserves the right to make any alterations to course arrangements necessitated by circumstances beyond its control.
